Occasionally l'll laugh out loud when walking along the street as I mentally tot up the amount of money paid for my entire outfit. For example, the cost of today's spring-influenced ensemble was a grand total of £5.05

Trouble is that being a cheapskate does spoil shopping in high street shops as I tend to pick up something pretty and shriek with horror when I glimpse the price tag.
I picked up 11 of these 1960's shift dresses from Thursday evening's jumble sale. I wonder why someone finally decided to part with them after forty years of careful storage?
